Welcome to SPARC
SPARC stands for Strategic Professional Advancement and Referral Community. Our Tuesday morning Las Vegas networking group is comprised of business owners, entrepreneurs and industry professionals who help one another advance in their profession – to generate referrals that help grow and develop one another’s business.
Our mission is to help advance our members through sharing collective expertise and exchanging quality referrals. Members realize this benefit via “SPARC Sessions” of two or more members meeting to share knowledge to identify pain-points and potential solutions to improve local marketing and overall results for one another’s business.
We strive to give as much as possible so that all members receive the support, training, and resources needed to bring their businesses to the next level.

Why Join Our Networking Community?
Connect, Learn & Grow through Various Types of Networking
1 Breakfast/Lunch & Dinner Meetings
At breakfast, lunch and dinner meetings, SPARC organizers prepare a meal for the morning or evening networking group to enjoy while they get to know about each others business, product or service offerings. During these meetings, you have the opportunity to learn about other businesses as our members will provide a brief introduction including their name / business name, and what they offer. After the meetings, you have the opportunity to connect with fellow professionals.
2 Happy Hour Meetups (aka, “Mixers”)
Happy hour or “mixers” are a casual type of networking event. We rent out a portion of a bar or restaurant for SPARC. During the event, everyone is welcome to have a few drinks and appetizers while they converse with other professionals. As this is a relaxed environment, members enjoy the low-stakes way to get to know other business owners and entrepreneurs on a personal level, discover their synergies, and to build meaningful relationships.
3 Networking Workshops
Workshops offer you the chance of developing your skills / gaining more knowledge while growing your network – this can positively affect you both personally and professionally.
4 Roundtable Discussions
During holiday times, it is common for SPARC to hold “small roundtable events” as there might be fewer attendees for a specific meeting, and they benefit you by discussing or debating a single subject. Another way to describe them is “focused discovery sessions,” and there is often a portion of time set aside for follow-up questions and closing comments.
5 Speed Networking
Depending on group feedback, we have our meetings as a whole, or split into smaller groups with businesses / professionals that are closely related to one another in their product or service offerings. This is a great way for professionals to rapidly make connections with one another. In speed networking (aka, “Power Partner Meetings”), you meet one-on-one (or in small groups) for a set period of time. During this meeting, you can introduce yourself, ask a few questions and share contact information.
6 Virtual Groups (ie, Facebook Groups)
SPARC may use email newsletters or direct messages (aka, “DMs”) to inform members of its networking events. It is a relaxed way to reach out to other business owners / professionals for scheduling a “virtual meetup” such as through video conferencing (Facebook Messenger, Google Meet, Zoom).
We Look Forward to Meeting You & Learning About Your Business
